OMOLEYE CELEBRATES EX-LAWMAKER OMOWUMI OGUNLOLA AT 60, HAILS HER LEGACY OF SERVICE
Member of the House of Representatives and Chairman of the Nigeria/Canada Parliamentary Friendship Group, Hon. Biodun Omoleye, has joined family, friends and political associates to celebrate the 60th birthday of former lawmaker, Barrister Omowumi Ogunlola.
Barrister Omowumi Ogunlola, a respected figure in Ekiti State politics, represented Ijero/Ekiti West/Efon Federal Constituency in the 9th National Assembly.
In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Omoleye described Ogunlola as “a lady of honour” who has distinguished herself through service to humanity both in private and public life.
The federal lawmaker praised the former Ekiti lawmaker for her unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people and her impactful leadership, noting that she has positively touched numerous lives throughout her career.
“Barrister Ogunlola deserves to be celebrated for attaining this special age of wisdom. She has affected humanity in no small measure, and we salute her for this feat,” Omoleye said.
Hon. Omoleye extended his warm wishes on behalf of himself and his political family, praying that God grants Ogunlola many more years in good health to continue her contributions to society.
