MY BROTHER, MY PRIDE!

There is a special kind of joy that comes from watching someone you have known all your life become a blessing to an entire generation.
Today, as my dear brother, Distinguished Senator (Dr.) Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, CON, celebrates his 63rd birthday, my heart is filled with gratitude to God for His faithfulness.
I have known you not as the Senate Leader, not as the distinguished Leader the nation celebrates today, but first as my brother, as my father.
I have witnessed your determination, your resilience, and your unwavering commitment to serving God and humanity.
Over the years, I have watched countless people speak your name with gratitude. I have seen lives transformed, dreams encouraged, and burdens made lighter because God chose to use you as a vessel of blessing.
I have listened as people offered prayers on your behalf, not because they were asked to, but because your kindness left an imprint on their hearts.
As your sister, there is no greater blessing than watching the world celebrate someone you have always known and loved.
Who would have imagined that one life could touch so many others?
Only God could have written this story.
I am proud that, in a world where many seek to be served, you have chosen to serve.
I am proud that, despite all that God has entrusted into your hands, you have remained true to the values that have always defined you. Humility, Compassion, Integrity, and Service.
I am proud of your resilience.
Thank you for being my father.
Thank you for being an exceptional brother.
Thank you for being a source of pride to our family.
Thank you for allowing God use your life as a blessing to so many.
My dear brother, if I had a thousand tongues, they would still not be enough to thank you.
You have become a blessing to the family.
You have become a blessing to the state.
You have become a blessing to our nation.
And above all, you have become a blessing to humanity.
Today, my prayers for you are the same prayers I have always whispered to God in the quietness of my heart.
May the Almighty God who has preserved you till this moment continue to uphold you.
May He grant you divine health and renewed strength.
May He continue to order your steps and surround you with His favour.
May He strengthen you when you are weary.
May He grant you peace in every season.
