DOYIN ABIOLA IS DEAD!
Dr. Doyinsola Hamdat Abiola, wife of the late Aare-Ona-Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola is dead!
She died last night, Tuesday , August 5,2025 at exactly 9:15 p.m. in the course of a brief illness.
She was aged 83.
A veteran journalist and writer, she was the pioneer Editor of the defunct National Concord newspaper where she grew up to become the MD/CEO until the unfortunate dissolution of the once vibrant newspaper outfit.
She is survived by a daughter.
May Allah (SWT) erase her earthly shortcomings and grant her soul Al-janat Firdaus.
