IDA caretaker chairman congratulates Owa Ajero and Ijero -Ekiti people on NOUN Study Center
Dr.Fola Oladipo Adebowale, Chairman, Central Caretaker Committee (CCC) , Ijero Development Association (IDA) with a heart filled with delight join family, friends and the entire sons and daughters of Ijero-Ekiti at home and abroad to congratulate Owa Ajero of Ijero Kingdom,HRM Oba Joseph Adebayo Adewole, JP, OFR, Arojojoye II and the entire community on the inauguration and commissioning of the National Open University of Nigeria NOUN Ijero-Ekiti Study Center that is ready for inauguration and commissioning on Friday,11th July,2025.
Dr.Adebowale in his message through the Ijero Development Association (IDA) WhatsApp Group platform said :
“I hereby congratulate Owa Ajero, HRM Oba Joseph Adebayo Adewole, JP, OFR, Ajero -in-Council, Elders of Ijero and all Sons & Daughters of Ijero Ekiti worldwide.
I want to also thank my one year Senior in Doherty Memorial Grammar School, Academic Doctor Adebayo Fanimehin, who spoke well for Ijero on the day Pastor Akin and myself met Dr. Fanimehin at NOUN Headquarters, Abuja, to check up on our application.
I also thank the Special Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of NOUN, who politely attended to us on that particular day in question. He actually told us that there are many pending applications for NOUN Study Centre from almost all Local Governments in Nigeria. However, for us to get a quick treatment of our our own application, I thank God Almighty for His intervention on this matter.
I use this opportunity to thank all the past Exco members of IDA who initiated this wonderful idea. God Almighty will continue to bless you all inJesus name. Amen.
Ijero is moving forward during our lifetime.
This is a very good development. Reverse gear will not be our portion as a Community in Jesus name. Amen.
