Hon.Biodun Omoleye greets Muslim Faithfuls at Sallah, preaches Patience and Sacrifice at Eid -el Kabir

Hon.Biodun Omoleye, member of the Federal House of Representatives ,representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 (Ijero, Ekiti West and Efon) has greeted Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of this year’s Eid – el- Kabir celebration.

Hon.Omoleye in his goodwill message urged Muslim faithfuls to reflect on the teachings of the celebration which its hallmark is characterised by patience and sacrifice.

He reiterated the significance of patience and sacrifice, and said that no meaningful development can be achieved in personal and public life without it.The House of Representatives member also said that peace and harmonious coexistence can only be possible when people are willing to let go of things that are capable of causing division and acrimony.

Hon.Omoleye also congratulated the good people of Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 Federal Constituency of Ekiti State in particular for witnessing this year’s Eid -el Kabir celebration and urged them to be resolute with times. He assured them of goodness in offing amidst the current economic hardship all over the country will be a thing of the past very soon .

While praying for peace, tranquility and sustainable development of the constituency and citizenry, he reiterated his commitment towards ensuring that he uses his good office to attract maximum dividends of democracy to the people and appealed to those who have the means to extend charity to everyone around them in this season and beyond.

Hon Omoleye also extends his warm felicitations to all Nigerians, particularly our Muslim brothers and sisters on this festive season .

He said,Eid -Al- Adha reminds us of the profound lessons of obedience, sacrifice, and faith exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS).

As we reflect on his willingness to submit to the will of God, we are called to embrace selflessness, compassion, and generosity in our personal lives and in our collective pursuit of a better Nigeria.

He urged all Nigerians, irrespective of faith or political affiliation, to use this sacred period to pray for peace, unity, and progress in our nation.
